Qn-SOLAR is making steady progress with its application for BloombergNEF Tier 1 Solar Module manufacturer list. To date, we have confirmed five projects that meet BloombergNEF's Tier-1 criteria, with one more currently under discussion. Qn-SOLAR is also actively advancing many other great projects, further expanding our strong market presence and demonstrating our continued growth. The BloombergNEF Tier 1 list is widely recognized as a third-party standard for verifying the bankability of PV module suppliers. It serves as a critical factor for investment decisions in global solar projects, valued for its neutrality and objectivity. Qn-SOLAR is well on track to meet the rigorous criteria for this prestigious listing now.

Among the ongoing projects, a 5MW ground-mounted solar project in Svishtov, Bulgaria is nearing completion, with full construction expected to be completed by the beginning of 2025. Since this project is nearing completion, it is the first one we are publicly announcing. The primary objective of this project is to provide a stable and sustainable source of clean energy to the facilities of an agricultural producer. By reducing reliance on traditional energy sources and cutting carbon emissions, this project will contribute to both environmental sustainability and long-term economic growth in the region. Other projects will be announced as they reach key milestones in their development. This 5MW solar project will provide a reliable and sustainable source of clean energy to power agricultural facility. In addition, all of the surplus from the electricity go to the network.
