Introduction
Qn-SOLAR has delivered two groundbreaking solar energy projects in Yingcheng, China that highlight the company's leadership in customized renewable energy solutions. With a combined capacity of 150MW, these fishery agri-voltaic solar farms generate clean electricity while enabling agricultural production and aquaculture on the same land.
The novel systems point to the future of solar technology. By elevating high-efficiency PV modules above the terrain, Qn-SOLAR has created innovative models that increase land productivity and align with sustainability goals. The projects pave the way for solar energy worldwide by showcasing how utility-scale installations can minimize environmental impact and support local economies.
Project Overview
Qn-SOLAR has successfully delivered two solar energy projects totaling 150MW capacity in Yingcheng, China. Located in Liju Village, these innovative fishery agri-voltaic projects generate renewable electricity while enabling agricultural production and aquaculture on the same land.
Phase 1: 80MW Fishery Complementary Project
This first-of-its-kind 80MW project completed in 2021 utilizes a "fishery complementary" model, pairing solar generation with aquaculture. Qn-SOLAR's high-efficiency bifacial PERC modules are mounted on raised supports above a 272-acre reservoir. This dual-use approach increases land productivity and aligns with sustainability goals. The PV system is projected to produce 89.69 million kWh per year, reducing carbon emissions by 89,000 tons annually.

Phase 2: 70MW Agri-Voltaic Project
The second 70MW project was completed in 2023 using an agri-voltaic model, combining solar energy and agriculture. Qn-SOLAR's advanced N-Type TOPCon bifacial modules are mounted above farmland, enabling dual land use. This innovative system is expected to generate 77.33 million kWh annually while supporting agriculture and reducing carbon emissions by 62,900 tons per year.

Technology Showcase
Qn-SOLAR leverages its robust product portfolio to optimize solutions for fishery agri-voltaics power station. Key products deployed in Yingcheng include:
· QNM182-HG550-72: PERC Bifacial Half-Cell Modules. With peak power of 550W and 72 cells, these modules maximize sunlight capture from above and below. The half-cut cells and multi-busbar design increase efficiency and reliability.
· QNN182-HG560-72: N-Type TOPCon Bifacial Half-Cell Modules. These advanced modules achieve 560W peak power output. The bifacial design captures reflected light, while N-Type TOPCon technology excels in low irradiance and high-temperature conditions for superior energy yield.
Qn-SOLAR currently offers four main product categories: PERC182, 210, TOPCon 182, and 210, ranging from 410W to 705W of specifications. Qn-SOLAR’s products can meet the needs of various applications. The company specializes in creating customized products for different customers and projects, providing professional photovoltaic integrated solutions tailored to meet their specific needs.
The flagship products from Qn-SOLAR is based on the 182mm N-Type TOPCon technology, ranging from 410W to 585W specifications and based on these output range, our N-Type TOPCon boasts an impressive module max efficiency from 22.02% to 22.65%. N-Type TOPcon Products from Qn-SOLAR excels in low irradiance conditions, surpassing traditional PERC modules, and offers a lower power degradation rate and temperature coefficient.
